Will is a reporter with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists. Based in Washington D.C., Will has reported on major investigations, including Swiss Leaks, Panama Papers and Paradise Papers. Will coordinates partnerships with journalists in Africa and the Middle East and has led regional projects, including West Africa Leaks and Mauritius Leak.

 ويل فيتزجيبون مراسل في الاتحاد الدولي للصحفيين الاستقصائيين (ICIJ) ومقرّه واشنطن . قام ويل بالعمل على  تحقيقات رئيسية مثل؛ التسريبات السويسرية وأوراق بنما ووثائق الجنة. 

نسّق ويل شراكات مع الصحافيين في أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط، وقاد مشاريع إقليمية بما في ذلك تسريبات غرب إفريقيا وتسريبات موريشيوس.
