Asaad Zalzali is an investigative journalist from Iraq. He is a recipient of the following awards:
- Ministry of Youth and Sports Award for “the Best Journalist Youth work, Baghdad 2013”
- Samir Kassir Award for the Best Visual Journalism in the Arab World (EU Delegation to the Middle East), Beirut 2017
- DIG International Prize, for the best journalism works around the world, Italy 2017
- Bright Star Award for the best investigative journalism in the world (International Investigative Journalism Network), South Africa 2017
- Samir Kassir Award for Best Visual Journalism in the Arab World for the Second Consecutive Year (EU Delegation to the Middle East), Beirut 2018
- Khaled Al-Khatib International Award for Best Journalist Work in Conflict Zones around the World (Russia Today Channel), Moscow 2018
- Arab Journalism Award, Dubai, investigative journalism category.

أسعد زلزلي صحافي استقصائي عراقي، حائز على عدة جوائز من أبرزها؛ جائزة وزارة الشباب والرياضة لأفضل عمل صحافي شبابي في بغداد 2013، سمير قصير لأفضل عمل صحافي مرئي في الوطن العربي سنتين متتاليتين 2017 و 2018، وكذلك جائزة مهرجان DIG الدولية إيطاليا لأفضل الأعمال الصحافية حول العالم 2017. ونال أيضا جائزة النجم الساطع لأفضل الأعمال الصحفية الاستقصائية في العالم، جائزة خالد الخطيب الدولية لأفضل الأعمال الصحافية في مناطق النزاع حول العالم (قناة روسيا اليوم ) موسكو 2018 وجائزة الصحافة العربية دبي عن فئة الصحافة الاستقصائية 2019.
