In this session, you will learn how to conduct integrity checks on data sets to ensure that the information within them is correct and comprehensive. Attendees will learn what questions they should ask when they receive a dataset and how to determine whether the data collection methodology is sound. This session will enable journalists with limited data literacy to feel confident seeking and using datasets which they themselves did not collect on their own.
